The rules that keep Auro fair for everyone.

1. Overview

Auro provides a browser extension and supporting backend services that let shoppers earn cashback rewards and optionally donate a portion to charities. Auro LLC (“Auro”, “we”) operates the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Auro. Creating an account on behalf of a company requires that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@auro.cash if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Rewards, donations, and payments

• Rewards depend on third-party affiliate networks. Commission amounts may change, be delayed, or be reversed when merchants report cancellations, returns, or fraud.
• Auro only credits confirmed transactions reported by the network. Pending amounts are informational until the merchant approves them.
• Withdrawals and donations may require identity verification to comply with anti-money-laundering rules.
• We may set minimum payout thresholds and reserve the right to limit or suspend payouts we deem suspicious.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to game, reverse engineer, or interfere with tracking systems.
• Do not use automated scripts, VPN abuse, or other tactics to generate fraudulent transactions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and merchant or network policies.

6. Ownership & license

All intellectual property associated with Auro remains the property of Auro LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the extension for personal use.

7. Service modifications

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect your rewards.

8. Disclaimers

Auro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee continuous availability, specific commission rates, or earnings. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) $50 or (b) the amount of rewards we owe you for the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, emailed to active users. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
